在雨中度过了五天以后突然看到阳光不太习惯。经过昨天艰难的洗礼后，今天得到了很好的休整。
上午坐游览车在山林中来回穿梭。我们纷纷拿出手机拍照或是欣赏美景。在山的高处看见了远处的海，阳光的照耀下碧波荡漾。碧蓝的海，泛起白沫的浪花，和金灿灿的阳光，分外美丽。中午在七星潭停车，下车看海。海非常非常美丽。想起来海子的那首诗“面朝大海春暖花开”。
下午终于开始骑车。穿过花莲的城市的大街小巷。花莲是个丰衣足食的美丽小城镇。花莲人都很热情，无论是路边散步的大爷还是开车路过我们的人都会为我们加油鼓劲。临海城市会吹来阵阵海风，路边也有整齐成排的热带树。我突然明白了居里夫人为什么会选择和自己的丈夫一起骑自行车度蜜月。因为能和自己爱的人一起并肩享受那种宁静那种祥和大概是爱情的真谛。
骑车技术也有了很大的进步，从8km/h的气喘吁吁到17km/h轻轻松松完成。我们引以为豪。食之味也是非常的独特。早上在车上吃的是精美的面包和蛋糕。拆开餐盒的时候每个人都吃惊不已。中午在神奇的太监鸡餐厅享受鸡肉。鸡汤非常浓厚，鸡肉也非常鲜美。在体力上和精神上都增添了士气。晚餐喝了很著名的黑松沙士，有一股浓浓的牙膏味。住在兆丰农场的小木屋里非常的有意境。能和自己的好朋友一起住在这里非常的幸福。明天是90公里的挑战！这些意气风发风华正茂的少年们依然扬鞭策马在路上奔腾。
After spent five days in the rain, it's quite surprised to see have a sunny day.We had a good rest today. In the morning, we sat in the bus and across in the mountains. We took a lot of pictures and enjoyed the gorgeous scenery.At the top of the mountains we saw the Pacific Ocean,rippling under the sunshine. The blue sea, white foam on the waves, and the golden sunshine, particularly beautiful view.
At noon on the seven stars pool parking, off to see the sea. The sea is enthusiastic . It reminds me the poem "bloom" by Haizi .
In the afternoon we finally started cycling through the streets of Hualien city. Hualien is a beautiful small towns.Hualien citizens are very adorable .Either the strangers standing on the side of the road or driving passed us will encourage us. The wind is blowing, and there are many tropical trees on the sides of the road.I suddenly understood why the Madame Curie chose to ride a bike on a honeymoon with her husband. Because enjoying the calm and peace by cycling with her most love is the true demonstration of love.
We also has made great progress on cycling , from 8 km/h full of pains to 17 inch km/h without any problems. We are so proud of that.
The taste of today's food is also very unique. In the morning, we had nice bread and cakes on the bus. Everyone is surprised when we opened the boxes. Enjoying the chicken in the Taijian chicken restaurant at noon. Both of the soup and chicken is very delicious. Physically and mentally added the morales of every one. We drank a famous beverage called Hey song Sarsaparilla which has a strong taste of toothpaste.
Living in zhaofeng farm cabin is very artistic . We are so glad to live here with our good friends tonight.
Tomorrow is the 90-kilometer riding challenge!

今天我们I班领骑从宜兰的酒店前往花莲的度假村的路程，十分巧合的是我们班行前汇报的就是花莲， 并且今天的行程极其的轻松， 这样我们能够更加好得理解花莲的文化、历史和它美丽的景色。上午坐车享受了一路美妙绝伦的美景，同时天气也非常的给力，为我们的行程加分。当坐车看到海岸线时极其的美，阳光从层层的云缝透出直射到海面上，微微的海浪使它反射出金色的光芒。然后我们去吃了营养满分的太监鸡。吃完营养满分的太监鸡，我们开始领骑。领骑的过程中伙伴们互相关心支持，努力坚强。完美的完成了领队的任务。有了这次完美的经历，真正极好的，我们会更加努力的。

今天是单车环台的第二天，在经历了昨天号称“死亡公路”的北宜公路九弯十八拐以后，今天的35公里平路便显得轻松了起来。
上午全程坐车，十点多的时候，我们来到了七星潭风景区，在全年级大合影后，便是自由活动时间。我们品尝到了台湾著名小吃——大肠包小肠，味道着实让我感到惊奇。再往前走一点，可以看到太平洋。对于很久没有看到如此清澈湛蓝的近海的我们来说，当然要好好地留影纪念，用相机拍下这美好的景色。
下午的骑行中，平路虽然不如上坡那样累，也没有下坡那样惊险，但这是考验耐力的时刻，一路畅通无阻，并没有遇到红灯，没有停顿地直接骑到底，依然让我们叫苦连天。但我相信，只有经历如此艰苦的考验，才能更好地成长！

三十五公里的骑程，相比起昨天北宜公路上坡的艰辛，下坡的惊险，今天简直是轻松的一天。
早上从宜兰的酒店出发，拿好早餐上观光游览车。一路依旧九曲十八弯，让我这个从不晕车的人也稍微有点昏昏欲睡。沿途风景很美，绿树大海。大自然杰出的作品毫无保留的展现在我的眼前，令人心旷神怡。海蓝的就如那蓝水晶，拍在沙滩上溅出来白色的浪花。人们或奔跑或小憩，海风吹在脸上带走心中的疲惫，沁入心脾的凉意。
我们班和花莲县十分有缘，行前报告交流心得甚至领骑都是花莲的。如果要我形容花莲县，它就像是一首诗。田园、花朵、湖泊，一切都仿佛在画中。悠然的感觉在心中升腾。虽然十分劳累，但是想想前方就是酒店，心中就有无限的动力。
因为昨天太过劳累的原因，我肩膀上的肌肉酸痛无比。但我依旧咬着牙追上前面的队伍，我相信环台我能坚持下来的。

从早上在车上的一段旅程中我领略到了太平洋的美，碧蓝的海水和美好的晴天给了我一个早上的好心情，花莲的大肠包小肠真心很好吃！还有各种小吃琳琅满目！在今天的骑行中我感受到了一个班级的凝聚力，每当班级的口号想起时，脚下的踏板仿佛变轻了许多。因为我的车子链条有点问题，和前面的同学拉开了比较大的差距，但是后面的同学并没有超车而是等我赶上去。在中途有一段小上坡，在我想要放弃的时候，我的脑中一直有一个声音告诉我不要放弃马上就会过了那个坡。经过这几天团队的合作与磨合，让我更了解自己的弱点和差距。每个人都知道团队或个人的不足。最后我希望我能坚持完成这段旅程，记录我的青春。

这是正式环台的第二天，相对开始时的行前训练和环台第一天来说，今天可以说是最轻松、最不费力的。因为今天上午只要坐上巴士，下午也只要骑35公里。先来回顾一下之前的骑行漫漫路，有阳光公园，康桥秀冈校区和北宜公路。这些路都非常地不好骑，特别是山路，而且坡还很陡。不幸的事情是我在路途中摔了两跤，但我不想掉队，所以我想坚持下去，继续跟着队伍一起骑下去。在环台第一程时，大家靠着互相鼓励，喊口号和坚定的信念一起翻越两座山，不断告诉自己再坚持一下就可以到达终点。开心的是，在下坡路上我们向下看可以看到一望无际的太平洋流淌在太阳的照射下。今天是个阳光明媚的日子，我坐在大巴上时有点羡慕外面的世界，又有点想要出去骑车了。最后，我希望剩下的十几天路程可以顺顺利利地度过！

2016年2月28日，是单车环台的第二天，总路程35公里，相比于昨日北宜公路的上下坡轻松了许多，还记得昨天爬长坡的时候一边哭一边爬，好几次想放弃但是因为同伴的陪伴艰辛的坚持了下来，内心的自豪和感动深深的烙印在了我的心间，而今天只骑了一个下午的路程，上午坐大巴去往花莲，在车上吃早饭，基本上一个上午用来补觉，调节昨天晚上的劳累为下午的骑行做准备，下午基本上全是平路，骑行途中因为要控制速度有一段因为是单调的路程所以有点昏昏欲睡，还好到了休息站重新调整心态，振奋了起来，之后有一段上桥，远远看到一座桥就想起了昨天的悲惨经历，但是我丝毫不放弃，满蓄精力奋力向上，终于被我成功征服！我相信接下来的环台不会再有艰难险阻阻难我！
