今天和往常一样依然一大早的起来，集合，做操，牵车，出发。今天是从嘉义到鹿港，一共80公里，太阳从早上开始就超级大，很晒，在这用又闷又烫的情况下，我身体感觉无力，每踩一次脚踏就感觉力气又消耗了许多，很快我就与前面的同学落下了许多，但每一次我都会努力的去踩，加油赶上前面的队伍。在我后面的同学也不会因为我骑的慢而催促我，超越我，反之他们会支持我，给我加油。在骑行的过程中感觉到了一个团队不会放弃每一个人。环台骑行已经骑了过半，再三天就将完成所有路程，希望大家都能安安全全的完成。

Today we still got up early in the morning, did exercises, get bicycle,  today is from Chiayi to Lukang, total of 80 kilometers, the sun from the sun was shined from mornibg, in this case stuffy and hot, my body feels weak, every step on a pedal feeling and consume a lot of effort, soon i fall a lot with the in the front, but every time I tied to step on the gas, catch up with the team in front. the people who behind me not because I rode slowly and urged me, otherwise they will support me, give me come on. In the process of riding feel a team will not give up every one. More than half have been riding riding around Taiwan, repeated day will complete all the way, I hope everyone can safely complete.

今天是环台之旅的第九天，十二天的旅程已经过去了四分之三，天气还是一如既往的炎热。比起行程集中在上午的前两天，今天骑得很轻松。不知不觉就完成了任务。今天的午饭早饭还不错，下午的补给品也很棒。想到行程只剩三天，心中还有些不舍。这几天过得很开心，每天的重任是对自己的磨练，台湾的天气也是个不小的挑战。这样的活动很有意义，如果有更多这样的活动，我也会愿意参加。明天又是98公里的挑战，而且还是在烈日下，明天一定会很艰难，但我并不害怕。我期待明天的行程，我一定会成功完成。

Today is the ninth day trip around Taiwan , twelve -day journey has passed three-quarters , the weather was always hot . Compared to the trip focused on the two days before the morning , very easy to ride today . Unconsciously to complete the task . Today's lunch is also good breakfast , afternoon supplies great. Think of the trip only three days, the hearts of some dismay. These days were so happy , every day the task is for their own temper, Taiwan's weather is not a small challenge. Such activity makes sense , if there are more such activities ,I also willing to participate . Tomorrow is 98 km challenge , but also in the hot sun , tomorrow will be very tough , but I was not afraid . I look forward to tomorrow's trip , I will be completed successfully.

今天是环台倒数第四天，这几天在西部基本上骑的都是平地，没有像之前在北部的高山。然而西部的天气非常的炎热，风也很大，有时候原本没有那么困难的路却变得异常的困难。就像原本可以轻松骑过的小坡却因为风和炎热的太阳变成非常的艰难，每每爬上去之后都会满头大汗，大腿酸痛，不停的喘气。但是即使恶劣的天气给骑行带来了困难，每个同学依然坚持骑了下来。那种骑完到达酒店的感觉是难以形容的，如同人生都圆满了。不过在这种天气下，很多同学会感到非常的困，就会很容易在骑车的时候睡着，然后发生意外。所以在中午休息的时候每个同学都要好好的休息，不要玩手机。

Today is the ninth day of cycling around Taiwan. We are on the west of Taiwan, the weather of the west of Taiwan is hot and windy. It is very hard to our cycling of Taiwan because when we climbed the mountain or uphill, we felt very hot and the wind let us climb harder and harder. When we climbed the mountain or uphill, we felt very tried. The good thing was when we climbed the top of mountain and uphill, we felt very happy and it could let us have passion to cycle. The bad thing is the weather let a lot of children feel tired and sleepy, that is a very dangerous thing. Because of this, I think we should have a sleep after lunch, then we will not feel sleepy and tired.
